We are here concerned with an appeal by Robert C. Humphry from a conviction for the violation of Sections 1001 and 1002(a) of The Vehicle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, 75 P.S. 101 et seq. On March 1, 1969, Humphry was found guilty of these two violations by a justice of the peace.
