We must dismiss the appeal in this case as prematurely taken.

The appellant, Stepan F. Tvardek (Stepan), and the appellee, Nancy E. Tvardek (Nancy), were divorced a vinculo matrimonii by a decree of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, dated August 25, 1961.
