PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted after jury trial of the crime of larceny in a building in violation of MCLA § 750.360 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.592). He was sentenced by the court to a term of from three to four years in prison.

On appeal defendant raises four issues:

1. Whether a criminal defendant is deprived of a fair trial and/or the effective assistance of counsel when his court-appointed counsel does not call the defendant to testify...
