This action in equity was instituted on March 1, 1968, by Marian Stevens, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and a daughter of Herman Ganz, who died on July 18, 1967. Defendant is Elsie B. Ganz, the executrix of his estate and the surviving widow.
