This case was tried in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama, and judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff, Rosie Lee Harris, and against Herman M. Roberson, defendant-appellant, by the court sitting without a jury. The complaint contained 2 counts in code form.
