McCARLEY v. McCARLEY

No. 70-42.

240 So.2d 84 (1970)

Patsy A. McCARLEY, Appellant, v. Earl L. McCARLEY, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

October 16, 1970.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

I.W. Whitesell, Jr. of Wood, Scheb, Whitesell, Drymon & Warren, Sarasota, for appellant.

John J. Lyons, of Lyons & Beaudry, Sarasota, for appellee.

MANN, Judge.

The trial judge's findings are supported in every respect except that he failed to rule on appellant's claim to insurance policies on the lives of the children. Counsel agree that each of these policies should belong to appellant as trustee for the child covered. We reverse and remand for entry of an appropriate order on this point; all else is affirmed.
