STOUDER, J.

Defendant-Appellant, Greg Mindock, was charged with operating a motor vehicle at a speed "Too fast for conditions" in violation of Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 95 1/2, § 146. After a bench trial in the Circuit Court of LaSalle County, the defendant was found guilty and fined $10. This is an appeal from such judgment and fine.
