Tommie Scott was found guilty by a jury of murder in the second degree and subsequently sentenced. He appeals the judgment and sentence, assigning as error the action of the trial court in admitting a disputed oral statement and the failure of the trial court to grant a new trial on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence to justify the jury verdict.
