The plaintiffs appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant following a jury trial.

On July 19, 1962, the appellant, Arthur Garcia, an 11-year-old boy, was injured in respondent's Happy Coin Launderette in San Jose. Respondent had owned the business since 1959.
