This appeal in a mandamus proceeding requires us to determine whether a student was lawfully suspended from high school.

The student involved is appellee's minor son, Kent Saggau. Kent was 15 years of age and a student at Saguaro High School in Scottsdale during the semester nearing completion in May 1969. On May 8, 1969, a teacher at Saguaro High reported that Kent had been found in possession...
