This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by Alex Ben, Jr., against his employer, Starns-McConnell Lumber Company, Inc., and its compensation insurer, Consolidated Underwriters, in which he alleges that he is totally and permanently disabled as the result of an injury to his right hand.
