WIGGINTON, Judge.

Appellant, as garnishee in the trial court, seeks review of a final judgment rendered in favor of appellees.

Appellees as plaintiffs brought suit against Atlantic Truck Service, Inc., a corporation, as defendant, for damages suffered as a result of the negligent operation by defendant of a tractor and trailer owned by it. In that suit plaintiffs recovered judgment in the sum of $15,000.00. Appellees
