Defendant Jimmie Lewis, Jr., was convicted, following a jury trial, of murder in the second degree (MCLA § 750.317 [Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.549]), and was sentenced to life in prison. Defendant's motion for new trial was denied and he now brings this appeal.
