This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, granting a motion for a new trial in a personal injury action. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, Harmon, for $4,500.00 against the defendant Webster. Following the verdict the plaintiff moved for a new trial on the ground that the verdict was inadequate.
