The two consolidated suits before this court on appeal are for personal injuries arising out of a single automobile-truck collision. In each suit the plaintiffs are the fathers of minor daughters who were guest passengers in an automobile owned by Robert S. Labry and driven by his minor daughter, Anita Labry, suing for special damages incurred by them on behalf of their daughters and for personal injuries sustained by their daughters as a result of...
