Mr. and Mrs. George C. Hadjis (Hadjis), regarding themselves as having been badly used by Wellham Building and Loan Association, Inc. (Wellham), which held the mortgage on property owned by them, filed exceptions to the ratification of the report of sale filed by the attorney named in the mortgage, who had foreclosed the mortgage and sold the property for $20,000.
