Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

Respondent determined a deficiency of $522.05 in petitioners' income tax for the year 1966. After a minor concession by petitioners, the only issue presented for our decision is whether petitioners sustained a deductible casualty loss during the taxable year under section 165, I. R. C. 1954,1 as a result of damage to their residence by termites.
