HAMLIN, Justice.
In the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction, we directed certiorari to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, for review of its judgment which overruled peremptory exceptions filed by the defendants, remanded the matter to the district court for proceedings not inconsistent with its opinion and reversed the judgment of the district court. Art. VII, Sec. 11, La.Const. of 1921;
