This appeal is from a judgment that convicted defendant of armed robbery. He was sentenced to serve three to five years. In urging us to reverse, defendant contends that (1), the trial court erred when it refused to grant a motion for a psychiatric evaluation made on his behalf the day of trial; (2), he was denied due process of law by an inherently suggestive identification procedure...
