This is an action for damages arising out of a collision which occurred on June 24, 1968 at the intersection of Waller Street and Old Minden Road in Bossier City, Louisiana. Plaintiff, David Lee Dull, a patrolman employed by the Bossier City Police Department, was a passenger in a 1967 Chevrolet police vehicle which had stopped at the intersection in obedience to a red traffic signal.
