This is a will case. The issue is whether the circuit judge abused his discretion when he denied plaintiff's motion for leave to appeal a probate court order admitting a will to probate.

The testator died on November 16, 1968, leaving a will dated February 4, 1966, appointing Dorothy M. Heidt, his second wife, as executrix. The will left plaintiff, the testator's only child, $1,000...
