This case arises out of an automobile accident which happened on March 22, 1968, on State Highway 37 in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana. The parties involved are the plaintiff, Vera Aline Crier McGehee, who was driving her automobile north on State Highway 37, and Floyd L. Cox, who was also driving north on the highway. The accident happened when plaintiff attempted a left turn into an intersecting blacktop road, referred to in the case as Pumping Station...
