Plaintiff-Appellants filed suit below in the Madison Circuit Court on March 11, 1965, seeking a declaratory judgment that the Anderson Community School Corporation does not have a valid legal existence. Changes of venue were appropriately taken, ending in the Hancock Circuit Court. The trial court entered special findings of fact and judgment in favor of defendant-Appellees, who are the Madison County Committee for the Reorganization of School Corporations...
