The Union County grand jury returned five indictments, each containing two counts, the first count charging defendant with obtaining money by false pretenses, N.J.S.A. 2A:111-1, and the second charging him with uttering a worthless check, N.J.S.A. 2A:111-15. He pleaded guilty to each of the offenses and was sentenced on December 6, 1968 to a State Prison term of 1-2 years on each of the first counts...
