This is a suit for the partition of assets formerly belonging to the community of acquets and gains existing between the parties. Judgment in the district court was rendered decreeing that a sum of money obtained after a judgment of divorce but in settlement for personal injuries sustained by the husband during the existence of his marriage to and while living with the plaintiff was community property and that the plaintiff was entitled to one-half...
