Plaintiff, Wilfred Huberdeau, brought an action for specific performance against defendants, Andrew Desmarais and his wife Jeanne, to compel their surrender and transfer of a hop allotment base certificate. Following trial, the court entered judgment for plaintiff and ordered the transfer. Defendants appeal.
