Defendant Robert Casper and another man, David Bunker, were convicted of first-degree murder, MCLA § 750.316 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.548), following a trial by jury. The codefendants were sentenced to life imprisonment. Defendant Casper appeals as of right.1
