Plaintiff's appeal brings before us for review a judgment which, among other things, decreed that respondent was the owner by adverse possession as against plaintiff of a triangular parcel of land with dimensions of approximately 55 by 40 by 23 feet fronting on Conesus Lake in Livingston County.
