The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been received in a fall on a wet floor in the defendants' house. When all the evidence was in, the court directed a verdict for the defendants. The plaintiff appeals from the final judgment and assigns as error the refusal to set the verdict aside.
