Having unconditionally exercised an option to purchase the residence which he had been occupying for a year under a lease from seller, buyer, R.D. Fitzgerald and wife, sought financing of the purchase price from a mortgage company. When notified that buyer's mortgage was to be insured by Federal Housing Administration, seller, Grace L.
