Certiorari to review a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission denying compensation to relator.

Relator, Donald J. LaCoe, was employed full time as a machinist for Toro Manufacturing Corporation. In his spare time he worked as a house painter. In August 1967 he was hired by respondent Freda Rose Berard to paint the trim on a house she and her husband owned at 3235 34th Avenue South, Minneapolis. The...
