Where, as here, the plaintiff's witness, in plaintiff's suit for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, was asked to tell the jury what the decedent had told him in the hospital some 17 hours after the collision in response to questions by the witness who was conducting a company investigation of the accident, the trial court did not err in sustaining defendant's objection on the ground that it called for hearsay testimony.
