Plaintiff's first assignment of error raises the question of whether the trial court committed reversible error in granting defendant's motion for judgment of nonsuit at the close of plaintiff's evidence.

Plaintiff argues that the rug was partially concealed from the view of entering customers because of a large decal pasted to the lower portion of the door leading into the store; that a magazine rack had been placed to the right of the door...
