Acting under Ch. 257 of the 1968 Session Laws1 (now SDCL 10-11-47) the State Board of Equalization (herein designated Board) at its annual session in August 1969 found certain property in Minnehaha County assessed from 10% to 34.8% of its value based on records before it and increased six classes of property in that county in amounts varying from 6% to 20%.
