This is an appeal from the decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County dismissing the appellants' complaint in equity to enjoin the Hampden Township Commissioners and the Hampden Township Sewer Authority from proceeding with construction of a sanitary sewage treatment plant in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A preliminary injunction was requested originally but the request was withdrawn...
