The auditor for the School District of Bristol Township, in its audit report for fiscal 1967-1968, surcharged the district's tax collector, Harold Lefcourt, for alleged loss of interest upon sums collected but delayed in remittance to the district. Mr. Lefcourt appealed from the imposition of the surcharge and the matter is now before the court upon the school district's motion to quash the appeal.
