PER CURIAM.

March 7, 1967, a jury convicted defendant of breaking and entering contrary to MCLA § 750.110 (Stat Ann 1965 Cum Supp § 28.305), and he was sentenced. October 29, 1968, defendant filed a motion for new trial, and it is from the denial of this motion that he appeals.
