This Court issued an order to Myron Weiner, a New Jersey attorney, to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined for alleged unprofessional conduct as specifically set forth in a Presentment of the Union County Ethics Committee. The gravamen of the charge is that Weiner gave false information under oath to the Internal Revenue Service and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
