This trust arises under the will of May 21, 1889, of Charlemagne Tower who died July 24, 1889. Under Item 5 of his will testator gave the residue of his estate in trust to pay after the death of his wife the whole net income in equal shares to and among his five children during their respective lives. At and after the decease of each of his said children, testator directed his trustees to pay the income to and among the child or children...
