This appeal on questions of law is from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Medina County, in favor of the defendants, Harold A. Holdridge, Alma Holdridge, C. R. Aldrich, and Gerspacher-Lincoln and Associates, Inc. The judgment dismissed the third party petition of Gerspacher-Lincoln and Associates, Inc., against Willard Stephenson, the third party defendant.
