PER CURIAM.

Defendant was arrested on March 8, 1968, on a charge of possession of narcotics in violation of MCLA § 335.153 (Stat Ann 1957 Rev § 18.1123). After being tried by a jury in Detroit's Recorder's Court, he was found guilty and sentenced to not less than three and a half years imprisonment.
