This is an appeal from an adjudication of the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, dated October 15, 1969, which suspended the license of Frank B. Fuhrer as an insurance agent for a period of 90 days and further imposed upon him a penalty of $1,000.
