Defendant was convicted, upon his plea of guilty, of breaking and entering and sentenced to serve five to ten years imprisonment on March 15, 1968. On May 23, 1969, a motion to withdraw his plea and subpoena certain witnesses was denied. Defendant then filed an application for a delayed appeal in propria persona with this Court which was denied on August 4, 1969 on the basis that defendant had failed to present meritorious grounds for review.
