MR. JUSTICE SEIDENFELD delivered the opinion of the court.

The defendant, Robert E. Long, was found guilty of murder after a bench trial, and sentenced to a term of 30 to 40 years. His appeal is based solely on the claim that his extrajudicial statements were admitted in violation of his constitutional rights.
