Sotta and wife, appeal from an order granting plaintiffs a new trial following a defense verdict in a malpractice action for injuries suffered by plaintiff Richard Snyder, son of Glenn and Marta Snyder. The malpractice aspect of this case and its concomitant facts are not pertinent to the issue presented for determination.
