Plaintiff's principal contention is that the court erred in allowing the appellee's motion for a directed verdict.

Plaintiff's evidence tended to show that on 14 October 1967 he landed his 1953 Cessna aircraft at the Gastonia airport, which was under lease to appellee's intestate and being operated by him.
