Plaintiff-Appellant, Harold Vogelsang, commenced this action in the Circuit Court of Tazewell County seeking to recover on an insurance policy issued by Defendant-Appellee, Credit Life Insurance Company. The court granted defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings from which judgment plaintiff has appealed.
