ALMOND, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals, adhered to on reconsideration, affirming the examiner's rejection of claim 41 of appellant's application1 as unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103. Several claims have been allowed.
