Decedent, John W. Parker, died September 1, 1964, survived by his wife, Myrtle; two children by their marriage, Frank D. Parker and Marion Joan Maurer; a son by a former marriage, Norman L. Parker; and a stepdaughter, Dorothea Squiers, Myrtle's daughter by a former marriage.

On October 23, 1964, decedent's last will was admitted to probate in Wayne County. The will contains two paragraphs...
