Defendant pled guilty to a charge of robbery unarmed in violation of MCLA § 750.530 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.798) and he was sentenced to a 3- to 15-year prison term on September 17, 1968.

Following the filing of appellant's brief, the people filed a motion to affirm. GCR 1963, 817.5(3).

There is no basis in the record for the claim advanced upon appeal that the defendant "was lured...
